Ever get in a water rut? If you are health conscious, the amount of water you consume may be part of your life standards. The amount you should drink daily is varied on what you’re doing and the environment you’re in. Rule of thumb: your body weight divided by two in ounces is your daily water intake. So if you’re drinking your water au naturale all the time, you may desire to jazz her up! Get the fresh fruit and herbs, and let’s make an infusion!
I bet there are a million and one combinations for tasty infusions. Something on my list to try is mango strawberry water or basil raspberry water. I have tried blueberries before, but a lot of the time their flavor doesn’t come through as well.
